I’m sincerely happy that you enjoy disparaging Tesla...

Tesla...like any manufacturing start-up...is alway starved for cash...Elon is an American hero for having the guts to have made it this far...and he’s changed the way the world views EV personal transportation...

All the major automobile manufacturers are joining the EV party...Tesla has lots of competition headed their way...

FYI... Tesla provides almost 40,000 American jobs..but maybe you’re not into the creation of American jobs...

But...it's all good..you’re certainly entitled to your opinion...

I would make a friendly suggestion...you should go visit a Tesla showroom sometime...and maybe take a test drive...it’s an amazing vehicle...

One final thought...are you aware that Elon Musk is a pioneer in space exploration technology...

....
I'm just pointing out the obvious. A company as "successful" as Tesla hasn't run a profit yet despite their "record" sales. I've ridden in a Tesla and can't believe the performance and technology of it. It really is an amazing feat. EV is interesting technology and possibly is the future, but I'll stick to my gas engine. After all, it is a lot easier to refill a gas engine compared to a battery, especially if the power is out.

I'm all for American jobs. I'm for anyone to have a job. If I'm against work, that would make me a political talk.

I'm not sure what space exploration has to do with anything here. Musk should focus on his primary business and make that profitable rather than rocket technology, which is just a money pit. I'm still trying to figure out the benefits of space exploration. I've never really heard a very good reason why it is beneficial for us other than to say we did it. I'm also aware Musk is not the first person to have something sent into space. So my question is, what is the big deal about going into space? Yes, making a rocket land standing back up is neat, but I don't see the big deal about it. It is cool and all, but what is the benefit of that?

Google "inventions because of space exploration". I think you will be surprised.

Does this look familiar? It does to me and thank you for writing this from the petition.
I am a $1000 all in, plus bought $6000 in stock. I understand the risk involved in losing this. However, my problem is that they have apparently quit. No advertising, no tours to the shows anymore, and I haven't received any updates in several years. My deposit was done in 2013, if I remember correctly. The other complaint, the fund raising from the stock was to produce 21 vehicles for several small fleets. That was never done, no idea where that money went. They also spent a fortune trying to build their own engine, then decided it would not be used, because it was too expensive. Looks like an awful lot of mismanagement to me. All the while Mr. Elio is drawing his very large salary. Seems it should at least be looked into a bit.

Well GC... you can’t be serious?????

Here’s why space exploration is hugely beneficial to mankind...dozens of important products we use on regular basis were developed because of space exploration programs...

I'd just like to point out that gas pumps don't work so well without power, either. However, solar panels can produce power as long as the earth keeps spinning...and many people are taking advantage of this during the PG&E outages.

So my question is, what is the big deal about going into space? Yes, making a rocket land standing back up is neat, but I don't see the big deal about it. It is cool and all, but what is the benefit of that?

Many of the technologies that are part of everyday life have come out of solving problems related to space exploration. Outside of consumerism, space exploration inspire...it asks people to challenge their myopic view of existence.

If you can make a rocket land on planet Earth, you can probably make it land on many other planetary bodies in our solar system. It makes us a space faring species...and I certainly find that exciting.

I agree in principle: Is it too much for Paul to tell us his casino was legit, the cards weren’t marked and the dice weren’t weighted? Instead he has chosen to say nothing and ignore us. Many people ‘gambled’ and lost; heck, every patron lost except maybe a few that made money as the casino’s stock price inflated, (from a plateau of $65 to a single $75 purchase of 100 shares; that alone speaks of magnets under the Roulette Wheel!) Even crooked casinos pay out something: in this case the only real pay out was inflated salaries for the casino owners, surrounded by very questionable ‘flip flops’ but mostly all beneficial and self serving ‘decisions.’

They just launched the Antares rocket yesterday from VA. We went up on the top of what we call "South Mountain" and were able to see it when it was pretty high. Anyway, the cargo is interesting. They will try our a Zero-G oven. That's right, cooking bread and cookies on the ISS. They also have a plastic recycler that will take their plastic garbage, grind it up and make filament for their 3D printer (which they already have). Even a system to cut and repair hydraulic lines. Even Lamborghini sent up some Carbon Fiber parts for a project.

They also sent up the Husky-1 sat that was built by the University of Washington and Raisbeck Aviation High School. Think about it. When we went to the moon, would you have ever thought that a University partnering with a High School would have ever had the ability to build their own sat? It shows how pushing ourselves has led to things like this. If this is considered a waste of time, then we might as well cancel all science and R&D, then go back to driving Model T's and live like it's 1919.
