After reading through iPetition, this is all up to Paul Ash. If he doesn't do anything about this then it'll go nowhere. Then it is not that once it gets to 1000 signatures that the class action lawsuit is filed. It says this:
Now it's up to 1004.
That sounds like Paul Ash is hoping that when it reaches 1000, someone will do a class action lawsuit. I suggest that the people that signed this, contact Paul Ash right now and see what the status of this is. Last thing you need is another Paul that say something and then doesn't follow through. Since a number here have signed it, let us know what Paul Ash says and what the status is. Time is of the essence as this took 4.5 years to get to 1000 and that's a long time.
Now it's up to 1004.
It's just another scam. To do it, you must contribute.

If you read when it was written (May 2015) Elio continued to delay the project and the government actually helped Elio raise $16M less than a year down the road, thus the government thought what Pail Elio was doing, was just fine. Paul Ash is in charge of this petition. So if you signed it, contact him and see what’s going on. Unless a signer does, this is another case of, Someone do something about this!” Which we all know, unless there is real action (i.e. the guy who got his $250 back) this is only a rattling of sabers. Please do your research on iPetition. I did and found I was dead wrong. Now I know.
