Christmas Travel 2024

Do you plan to travel for Christmas ??

our Christmas travel is very short .... as has become our tradition, we will haul our camper 3 miles to our oldest son's home .... we do so to provide more sleeping space .... our whole family will meet there on Christmas Eve and stay there there until late Christmas day or the day after ....

The wife will drive about 50 miles to one of our son's home to spend a couple of days with him and his wife and 3 little kids. I'll stay home and take care of our 2 cats. As you can see, I lead an exciting life. Season's Greetings to all.

My girlfriend and I are staying home, as well. I've planned a nice Christmas dinner for the two of us and there are two NFL games to watch on Christmas day.

Add me to that "exciting life" list (LOL).

We usually go to Killington, VT but this year decided to pass as I'm still healing from my torn ACL I got there last year. Don't want to take a chance. Instead, we will drive an hour to Secaucus, NJ, take the train over to NYC and go see a broadway show. That'll be easy. Plus maybe we will get to see more drones. We only get about a dozen over us right now, so not the volume you get in central NJ.

I'm staying home with our cats... but the wife is going to visit one of our sons which is about 100 miles round trip. Those frequent trips and miles were one of the things that made the Elio a great idea for us. Thanks, Paul !!!

Husband and I went to my friend's home in WVA for Thanksgiving dinner. I murdered two roosters for my Yule Celebration Dinner, Saturday. 9 people including 3 great grandchildren under the age of 8. Pumpkin and pear pies, lots of veggies including an indian squash made by my husband. Friday. we found out the property next door was sold to an Amish man with four children. Very nice man who will use it for bow hunting. So, My Elio Savings is still waiting for my 4 Elios, that I am still hoping for. Visited the Mall Santa three times. I asked for the same thing, each time, World Peace. I think that is more important that my Elios. For xmas we are going to my friend's home in Kent, Ohio, only 19 miles from home. New Years will be celebrated January 20th, we hope. We continued to be Very Thankful for the Blessings we've receive. And we have great hopes for the coming new year. I pray for Blessings for all my Friends here. Never Give Up.
