Jim I will do my best. Manufacturing anything from start to finish has a lot of fine tuning. When you start from the ground up building an auto, just remember that every part that's in that auto has to be fine tuned. Even down to small things like screws that will hold the radio in place. You need to build all of the Dies to press out the body panels, that sometimes can take up to 3yrs. Then you need to fit the press to run that die. Your parts suppler has to retool to make your parts. What you don't want to do is rush production. I always said lets get it right the first time even if it takes longer to get there. If we get delays in the Elio build date that fine with me, this tell me that they are taking longer and getting it right. If a auto is coming off the end of the line every sec. everything has to fit perfect.
