That is great! I love it. But how does it move? The pedals look like foot rests rather than functioning pedals.

They are foot rests. It's an electric trike........lightest and most compact mobility scooter on the market. I use one for travel (great in airport terminals and ride it directly to the airplane door when boarding). Also, a sweet ride in the big box stores or for grocery shopping. They are looking at offering a bike, roof or surfboard rack is what I was told at the Columbus OH event.

I don't know if this is even a viable option as a bike rack.........but it's a cool graphic and perhaps more functional than a top rack. I can visualize standing a board on it's side for transport.

Without that right side door, all kinds of possibilities open up. Just strap your board or boards alongside . . .

Found a bike rack I like. As my hybrid electric Tidalforce bike weighs over 50 pounds, I'll use the ramp version to load the bike on the back. It also already has tail lights installed.
