Autocycle Exemption

On 1 March 2016, the WV senate passed SB363 Autocycle Exemption with 100 percent voting Yes! Sent it to the House. We are on the way to being helmetless in the Elio. :cheer2:

It will be nice not to have to worry about individual state laws in this regard. I am hoping for a rational outcome.
