I can't watch the videos at the moment, can someone synopsize it for me. Is this good news as in solid locked in funding, or is it just more hope.

I gave up. It seemed like a gripe session about the difficulties of using RegA+ rather than anything actually informative, at least in the first 15 minutes.

Judging from the title I assumed it was about the 2015 or so fundraising. If so then that money is likely gone.
