I was asked to stop posting progress reports on similar vehicles like the SRK. I will honor that request.
I was not actively trying to sell any of these alternate three wheeler vehicles and/or EVs by noting progress of other three wheeler concept options under development. I would rather be posting tangible progress reports on the Elio, my favorite three wheeler concept after nearly a decade of following it's progress. I continue to have interest in the Elio's success. "Go Three Wheels", Paul Elio.

Mark and Jesse will be hitting the road and heading East to meet with the bevy of institutional investors in New York who’ve expressed an interest in learning more about our deal. Following their meetings in the Northeast, the team will be heading south along the coast. So get those little umbrellas ready for our drinks (after the test drives of course); we’re comin’ at ya, Florida. A full travel schedule will be posted soon, so make sure your location information is updated if you want to be notified of public test drive opportunities.

Guess what I asked Arcimoto!
I am an Elio Motors SIL all-in $1000 non-refundable reservation holder.
I am very interested in another 3-wheller like the Electra Meccanica
Solo and your SRK-8. The EM Solo $1000 deposit offering for Elio
reservation owners is very tempting. Would Arcimoto offer a similar
deposit offer to Elio reservation holders toward the purchase of a SRK?
Got the following reply . . .
We have considered (and are still considering) offering a competitive reservation transfer, similar to Solo's program. However, we have been reluctant to do so until we are actually delivering customer vehicles (which will be very soon), as we have no desire to transfer the collective ire and angst from Elio's customer base to our own.
Thanks for the inquiry, and we will let you (and all Elio reservation holders) know when and if we initiate such a program.
I would rather have an enclosed Elio any day. I would like a Solo (for two). I must have a least a two seat-er. I am interested in what Sondors does, but it too will be a long wait. If Arcimoto offers the deposit or reservation transfer, I will get one.

- Based on the enthusiastic reception we had presenting the offering to potential investors on the east coast road show last month, we increased the offering maximum from $10M to $29.9M. This folds in the follow-on raise we were planning next year into this offering.
- The board approved a stock split prior to the offering. This will allow those investing the minimum to still be round lot (100 share) investors.
- We set a per share price of $6.50.
- In the event the Company raises enough capital and acquires enough round lot investors to qualify for a listing on NASDAQ or another exchange, we plan to list publicly following the conclusion of the offering, as outlined in our revisedForm 1-A.
