The idea of testing on motorcycles ( I don't have OR want) and wearing a helmet inside a vehicle is stupid.I've been riding motorcycles for about 20 years and plan on adding the Elio as my new fun runner and as my work vehicle. I put in my reservation in august 2014 after seeing my nephew mention it on FB and deciding I had to have one! Already got to sit in the p4 in Birmingham, meet other Elio'er, and the Elio Team.
Hey. I posted an article about progress in MS about Elio "auto cycle" laws in this thread. :-)Jeff, I'm a Hattiesburg fan; we have got to get on the state about license and helmet laws. The idea of testing on motorcycles ( I don't have OR want) and wearing a helmet inside a vehicle is stupid.
Welcome. I'm Just down the road from you , Jeff. I'll be trying to encourage you to go the whole thousand when ever you can.I've been riding motorcycles for about 20 years and plan on adding the Elio as my new fun runner and as my work vehicle. I put in my reservation in august 2014 after seeing my nephew mention it on FB and deciding I had to have one! Already got to sit in the p4 in Birmingham, meet other Elio'er, and the Elio Team.
Great, this sounds like a certainty and just a mater of time. If I had to I would portray the Elio to the officer as the first cycle to extend the helmet law to include the entire body. Yes sir. The Elio is a helmet for the entire body.Found this about some progress in Mississippi regarding helmet laws and "auto cycles " like the Elio.
