So... Elio has 60 days to get licensed and put refundable deposits into a separate account... Haven't they already put refundable deposits into a separate account? And another question - the commission was going after a fine of $7.5M. $7.5M! How many reservations were actually IN Louisiana, anyway? 10,000? That'd be a fine of $75,000 per car! I'm glad that at least the commission relented when it realized $7.5M was a bit much. $545,000 is much better but is still $54 per car.

As far as anyone knows, yes the reservation $ for want-ins, is secure. (But like everything else, until I was to see the account it's B.S.)
If it's part of the filing, that would make it solid.
