Small Claims Court Hearing was reportedly scheduled for Tuesday, 6-6-17, in Edinburg TX, outside of Dallas. 28 year old Nathan Eugene Swartzbaugh or jimmybob479 hasn't been heard from in weeks. News stories announcing the case (May 17) has falling into the memory hole. Really, disappeared ! WTBC ch 3 gone !!!

Maybe the jury is still out, and the judge issued a gag order. They do that in all the high profile cases.

That's funny. It is 28 year old in small claims court. But, there is a gag going on. Whether or who made it so, I would like to know.

I agree with the Judge that it was not a money back guarantee of a vehicle.
