Could you go into a little more depth on these two statements please?

1. Maybe I can help- "EM has made statements before that proved less than factual" AAMOF, after so many they finally learned to NOT make statements, now even easier for the need of disclosure - go back and read their blog. Easy ones? we should have been driving around in ours years ago, the gauges will be dedicated to his pop., it'll sell for $6800., it'll get 84mpg, it'll have a 5 star safety rating and.....
2. If you think something is to good to be true, well then go ahead and follow your calling, but you'll go broke very quickly. Hey do I have a bridge for you.............. :-)

Just speculation, but Paul Elio and Alpine 4 are both out of Phoenix Arizona and maybe they have been talking lately. Alpine 4 just announced a "joint venture" that will use 18,000 sq. ft. of space in Arkansas for manufacturing larger orders. Perhaps they are gearing up for the Elio orders?

I resorted to the Google to determine for myself if there were bread crumbs linking Alpine 4 movement to Elio Motors production, and I found this press release from April 2018: https://www.prnewswire.com/news-rel...ican-precision-fabricators-inc-300626022.html

Six months ago, Alpine 4 acquired another subsidiary in their quest for synergistic dominance in their field, and this blurb about its impact can be found near the bottom of the presser: "With the addition of APF, these subsidiaries can cross leverage complimentary services between their customer base. Alpine 4 believes this will yield an additional $2.5 million in annual sales between the two companies over the next 18 months."

Compare that with part of the recent joint project announcement: "The joint project will utilize roughly 18,000 square feet of the existing 68,000 square feet facility that American Precision Fabricators operates in, and will be initially dedicated for higher volume cable assembly work. Alpine 4 expects that this joint project will add $2.5 million in annualized sales between the two companies over the next 18 months and grow from there."

Looks to me like rehashing the same factoid in a fresh press release to stir some buzz. I don't see any direct connection between Alpine 4 movement and Elio Motors production readiness.

I have not been on for a good long while (years) and I came on just to see what new conversations were going on. I put money down on an Elio in 2014 and I am still reading and hearing about the same old same old stuff! I am done! The likelihood of the Elio car going into production is about the same as the likelihood of discovering a colony of Big Foots living in central park. Its time to call it quits!

I put money down on an Elio in 2014 and I am still reading and hearing about the same old same old stuff! I am done! The likelihood of the Elio car going into production is about the same as the likelihood of discovering a colony of Big Foots living in central park. Its time to call it quits!

I have a Newspaper titled "The Paper" dated July 5, 2018 with an article " Fisherman In Central Park Claims He Was Sexually Assaulted By Sasquatch". The police where summoned to the hospital and took a report where he was examined. The doctor found that "the man had rectal tearing consistent with sexual assault". They also noticed some alcohol on his breath, and the police continue to investigate the incident. So, I would not use any aftershave lotion if you plan fishing in the Central Park NY, until this creature is captured.

1) Not being able to production yet is one thing (and a big one at that), but remember when people said the engine wouldn't get 84mpg? It was pretty close as I recall, like 81mpg. Besides the production start date, what exactly has Elio done that was "less than factual?" Granted, they still need to produce the vehicle, but I want facts.
2) I still have no idea what you are talking about.
