But definitely things like generators and water pumps.
Even so, they do prefer diesel for it's survivability in war.

The concept of efficiency with "low tech" proven hardware design is very aviation friendly. Also the low RPM torque ontput is nice for prop use.
I do like the "dune buggy" idea too ! Polaris might be a good customer , maybe actually let them build it and "buy" back enough for Elio production ???

Selling to engines to Polaris might be a good idea. A cheap version of the slingshot. I also think it would be passable for emerging car markets China? India? South America etc.

None that others would not already fill and are in production already . While great for the ELIO nothing special about the engine. It is just another small ICE engine. Ford could modify one of their small engine to do the same thing on a long weekend.

So true, Smitty901, but they have no interest in doing it and at what cost. Polaris already purchases engines for Slingshot. Business model is already there. All speculation on our part any-who
