...know it was in the plan to thin down the A pillars and I believe it was done, but I can't say that it was a huge change. The back of the wheelcovers seemed too square for my personal taste, so if open wheel fenders end up being an option you can count me in! I didn't mind the exhaust...
Many of us have talked about the need for led markers on the backs of the wheelcovers, but your point about putting them in front too is well taken.
Rear view mirrors are mandated by law for both cars and motorcycles, so cameras cannot replace them. Yet.
I think the skirts on the front fenders look like an afterthought. They are blocked and squared off. Those need a little refinement, make then look more like the back tire skirt.
I AGREE . I THINK THEY SHOULD LOOK MORE LIKE THE WHEEL SPATS ON AN ANTIQUE AIRPLANE .
THE SLIPERIER , THE BETTER ...
...to the same intent.
With this classic Ferrari look, wouldn't open wheels and wire rims look perfect? I would still envision that with aerodynamic wheelcovers, having a more Ferrari inspired profile. Yea, OK, guess I'm going to have to 3d that to make the idea more conceptually visible. lol.

...what the offset should be with wider tires, especially if they want all the extra pushed to a side.
But on the Elio, where the front wheelcovers could be changed, staying with center-line rims would work best, assuming the P5 is already a center-line set-up.
FWD often has extra metal and...
...tires, that are however, expected to be upgraded to the specially developed tires once some are produced. When that happens the wheelcovers will be matched to the tires. Until the new tires show up they will go with what you'll see at the LA show.
The tire manufacturer has some criteria...

Jerome said there will be an IPO. It has been said on this forum, an IPO by EM is impossible...
I've been doing some thinking about the above and do find it interesting .... it would come as no surprise that EM is selecting components based on price and impact on mileage .... for aftermarket upgrades, tire, rim and wheel cover sizes are of significant .... when they narrow the wheel cover...
Him I'm back, and at least bit better anyway. I felt good enough today to stop at the mall and say hello. They will be there 2 hours more at this point. Unbelievable but three of them remember me from the other times I've shown up. In fact it was more attention than I'm used to getting from...
That narrow cockpit cabin is going to fit the driver like an ironman suit.
I prefer the monochromatic look of the color matched body and wheelcovers even in the unprimed unpainted P5 photos.
interesting .... agree on the sporty look of the P3 fenders .... any difference in look between the manual and AMT won't be visible to anyone but the driver and this driver wants the AMT ....
It's just me but ELIO looks more like a real car/trike with stick/manual shift in it! Again if I'll have to get the P3 wheelcovers on mine to make it really "sporty" and then get the AMT, it'll look funny! To me, "sporty" and "manual shift" goes hand and hand and should always be together! But...

Could've sworn there was a turret-mounted 50 cal somewhere on the list....might be a different thread.
Seriously, I'd consider a smooth belly pan if it's not factory installed.
