Jerome Vassallo, seemed to think it was a concern. I didn't ride when hydraulics became popular, but I had two friendsNice photos. Not sure why the exposed brake line should be a concern, motorcycles have them exposed and it's not an issue for them.![]()
At better: enclose the swing arm in a single piece of molding for aerodynamics and hide the brake line inside that.
If that was so, Aptera wouldn't have done it.I don't think that would work. The way it's set up the molding would create a box that would be more in the way and create more drag than reduce it. This style of suspension is similar to what Indy car and Formula 1 uses.
