I couldn't believe they didn't throw a flag on that one .... granted, he was super casual so the officials on the field may have not seen it .... however, he couldn't escape the camera's eye .... in my mind, Ndamukong Suh is a thug who has no place in the NFL

I couldn't agree more... The Texans lost their starting QB to a "leg whip" that was intentional but got past the zebras.... These players that consistently play dirty should get hit in the pocketbook, and see if that doesn't impart a sense of sportsmanship back into their game... Suh should be set down for the entire playoffs and the first eight games of next season... If that doesn't work...ban him from the game... ... uh, sorry, I got a little worked up! Love the game, but I hate players that intentionally try to injure people...

Man you nailed it, there's AAALLLLWAYS next year. I hope they don't expand the playoffs to more teams... 12 is good, out of 32 teams. Season is 16 games. They could rethink the idea of a division winner will always host a playoff game. 7-8-1 Panthers will host 11-5 Cardinals. Not fair. But hey, life's not fair.

I just saw it come across... Suh will be suspended for stepping on Rodgers leg in their game yesterday. Suh will miss the playoff game this weekend. Naughty naughty, Mr. Suh. Too bad, so sad! lol

Playoffs should be excellent in general. Predictions for this weekend's games:

• CAR over AZ
• if Bell can't go for PIT, BAL has a chance, hard to pick that one right now
• Will be really hard for Cincy to go into IND and win, so give the lean to IND
• DAL over DET by 10+

Let me know your predictions!

I'll go with yours... they look pretty good to me! I think the Steelers will take the Ravens even without Bell... Their D needs to get after Flaco real strong and that will take care of that...
Gonna be fun anyway...

12th in total Points per game
8th in total yards per game
5th in total passing yards per game

Sure, the Falcons couldn't stop a team from scoring any better than a wet paper bag could stop a runaway truck heading down the hill into Scranton Pennsylvania carrying 40,000 pounds of bananas but 3 points? That's it?

Cardinals are probably the best team to have to play in the wild card round so Carolina should win at least that one game and if their defense plays as hard as they did against Atlanta, they are going to be tough to meet. Be thee warned!

Sorry about the Falcons Ty, but you'll have a new coach next season. I think Carolina did all of a sudden get that good. Their last 4 games: 111-43 was the combined score. Derek Anderson had a good game for them on Dec. 14 as they beat Tampa 19-17. Granted those 4 opponents were NO, Atl, Tampa and Clev, but they did what was needed to win a division and they get to play at home. And the two road wins were at NO and at Atl, which is not easy to do.

Those are great offensive stats for Atl. Only putting up 3 pts is tough to swallow for sure, with Ryan, White, Jones, Hester. But no TDs and 2 INTs, ouch.

Just took a stroll through the college bowl game scores so far this December. I noticed a surprising number of games where the winner won by 8 or more pts... out of 21 bowl games so far as of 2:10PM CT on Dec 30, 11 of them were 8+ pts in the game result. Eleven out of 21. Is that more than usual for a bowl season? It's been a long time since I followed the bowls very closely.

I'm in the Big 12 area of the country, let's see how they are doing: Okla got killed, Texas got killed, four more teams to go... TCU, K-State, Okla State, and Baylor.

When a player is getting paid Millions to play a 30,000 dollar fine is not even a parking ticket. They need to be banded when it goes to far like Suh.
