Could Elio Motors use its data base of 65K+ email addresses to mass mail a request to vote? Justification: The petition is a valid Elio Motors issue and signing the petition would be in the best interest of each person holding a reservation. The U. S. only email addresses could be determined by the contents of the Zip code field in the reservation data base.

Just checked. There have been a few other Elio petitions that did not seem to go anywhere. I shared this one anyway, but it will need to go viral to get 99,999 signatures by May 21.

I emailed 25 friends on my mailing lists and encouraged them to sign the petition. If each of the first 200 signers mailed 25 people, that would be 5,000. If each of those mailed 20 people, that would be 100,000 for a total of 105,000 signatures. Rich DeVos would be so proud of me for figuring this out by myself. If one half of those dropped the ball, the remaining 50,000 would need to enlist only one more signature. Go mail some people.

I do not see this getting 99,999 signatures in a month. I am wondering if you might want to start one, as you have a substantial mailing list.
It is limited to 800 characters from what I am told, and cannot be edited after submission.


I would not take it upon myself to to start a petition on your behalf without your knowledge.
If you do decide to start a petition, I wrote a little ditty off the top of my head.


Elio Motors has been working to make a 84 MPG, $7,450, enclosed, safe, autocycle since 2009. Elio is on the cusp of Shreveport, La production. An ATVM loan will create 1,000's of Buy American, Hire American Jobs. The Elio is an and vehicle for everyone. This is an unfilled transportation niche that needs to be filled. Elio will be great for America.
