You're gonna need much better tires, a good quality helmet, a dolly or wheelbarrow to haul your huge balls to and from your modified Elio....and a good life insurance policy!

I've seen a Allison V-12 in an Opel GT, but I think the Isetta wins in the "stupid extreme" category.
