I saw it (P5) Saturday Morning 6/4 at the Greenwood Mall. Good enthusiastic crowd and about a 25 minute wait to sit in. I am very impressed with the car and the Elio Road Crew.
Other than why can't I get one NOW?

I am O.K. with it, but if I don't like it after owning the car, I'm sure there will be an aftermarket solution if enough cars are sold.
I already have a solution, but I need one to try it on first (which will probably be mine).
They aren't cheap, but they're not bank busters either.
