I hope they explained the reason for the absorbent under the old motor.

Another Elio advantage - you only need one wind shield wiper. :-) ZSpeaking of wipers.... I'll pull whatever the Elio comes with and replace the blades with silicone ones. Heat, snow and ice doesn't affect them. Have them on both my Camaro and my pickup. A bit pricey at $20+ a blade but worth it.
Except the driver is sitting in the middle so therefore the windshield wiper would be right in their line of sight. I know I would not like that. The rear View mirrors are required by law here as far as I can tell. As for the wiper I'm really surprised they didn't set it up to park in the upright position as I assume that would be slightly more aerodynamic, and off to one side of the window it wouldn't really have to block much if any of the forward view.

You are on a roll tonight.Except the driver is sitting in the middle so therefore the windshield wiper would be right in their line of sight. I know I would not like that.Z
Guess you failed to READ; "would be slightly more aerodynamic, and off to one side of the window it wouldn't really have to block much if any of the forward view."Except the driver is sitting in the middle so therefore the windshield wiper would be right in their line of sight. Oh I read it, but I obviously don't understand. I personally find things on the window distracting and prefer not to have them there. The moving windshield wiper is acceptable but stationary anywhere other than along the bottom? I can't even imagine why that is a "better mouse trap" so to speak.Guess you failed to READ; "would be slightly more aerodynamic, and off to one side of the window it wouldn't really have to block much if any of the forward view."
