The traction control would be working overtime if you floored it.
With most traction control, it controls how much throttle it gets; so you could floor it, but it wouldn't sit and smoke the tire unless you turned the TC off.

or ABS, A/C, PW, ABC, AWD, ECM, OBD, EGR, EFI, ESP, SRS, GPS, SRS, or MAF....

You have SRS listed twice.

And I think he probably has an EGR in it.

But those little S10 Blazer 2doors were so easy to drop a V8 into; and they would just scream after that.
All the way up till you either A) ran off the road and flipped it, or B) hit something solid because it wouldn't steer (which is how they usually ended up).

I think they'll wait until the Elio appears before they do a roof on it; they want to see how the market is really going to accept it.
With the resources and money Polaris has; it wouldn't take very long to retool the body.
