Don't like the silver knobs on the left side of wheel. Should be higher in the orange or two over two.
That would give up more room for items we install on our own. JMO

Are the diagonal bars in the front suspension pull bars or torsion bar links? Can anyone that has looked at the suspension tell me that? It looks like a conventional coil over double A arm setup.

It is a conventional unequal length double a-arm with a pull rod connecting the coil over unit

That looks like it is adjustable tension wise. Do you think that is the case?
