Hello from Orange City Florida! I have been watching the Elio and news for a rather short time however, I am very exciting to see this "Autocycle" (Ok, Car) come to fruition. All legalities aside I greatly anticipate the production of this vehicle. I am a traffic signal installer (And yes I hate red lights as much as the next guy/gal) but if this job will pay for the ownership of a future Elio then it is well worth it. I am a DIYer and watching Car DIY YouTube videos is what led me to the Elio in the first place. Letting the YouTube channels drive/review the prototype I think is quite a brilliant marketing strategy as are many of Elio Motors strategies.
I will be reserving one after my next paycheck this week, I am married with three kids so the low priced financial aspect of the Elio is also awesome. I downloaded the unofficial Elio App from the Appstore just so I could have an Elio Icon on my phone screen. I definitely can't wait to see what Elio, Aftermarket and other DIY'ers come up with for increased performance, looks and features. So once again hi to all and may this revolution of American auto manufacturing succeed!
