Any reason that person couldn't be you?

Ok, Not to Worry!!I just did that, good idea! Just in case EM forgot another pesky detail after all these years. Just to be sure, I figured I’d also email the OTC folks on what their QB listing criteria is and what EM’s status is, maybe the OTC people could remind them too, in case my email gets missed. After all, EM has only been on OTCQB almost exactly one year and maybe Paul and Hari forgot those other minor and equally troublesome details, as well.

I am guessing that Connie is refusing to sign off on the 10k. If that is the case, I am not sure what will happen next. OTC will probably announce a pink sheet or delisting on July 8. I have never had this happen to a stock that I have owned, so I am in new territory. Has anyone ever been in a similar situation?

If it were a more "normal" stock, with actual income and earnings and losses... logically it would be headed to penny stock range.

But are Elio stockholders normal investors? If this board is any indication, the stock is an emotional holding. Elio's current stock price values the company at over 50 million dollars. Given the current finances and outlook, Elio is absurdly overvalued.

Elio going to pink sheet will hurt, but perhaps not as much as more "normal" stocks. The stock appears destined to be a penny sooner or later, but it may take a quite a while.

No response, nor from the OTC people. It is ridiculous to expect answers (and asinine to think EM will respond) with any honesty or detail from Elio Motors, when they aren’t putting out anything publicly and hiding under this SEC gag guise. We all know it’s utter BS and smokescreen.

OTC never replies. Would be funny to hear the BS excuse Elio would have to give.

Looked at other OTC client stocks and here’s one that is literally a ‘penny stock’ and appears still ‘QB’ and even cites its SEC delinquent. So it doesn’t appear that the relegation to the Pinks is forgone conclusion.....
