There has been no change to the production hopes... The 2019 date just gives Elio more time to hire the 1,500 people before incurring a penalty. It's better than extending the deadline every couple of months. Besides, it isn't like Shreveport has any other offers. It seems businesses are leaving that city like rats fleeing a sinking ship.
