Best thing to do is take the current date and go 76 weeks in the future. If it takes the Eliocoin to fund this project and it comes out at the end of the year, that would mean they would start working in January of 2020 because since they have only a few employees, they will need to be going through a hiring frenzy because they need engineers, accountants, managers, etc. As of now they furloughed most of their employees at the end of 2016 and I doubt they are just waiting around to get the call but moved on to get a job to pay their own personal bills. For that hiring and getting the project dusted off, I'd think that progress would then start in the middle of January 2020 then the first Elio Rolls off the line around July 1, 2021. At this point it'll be a little over 2 years unless Elio gets all of their funding tomorrow. If that happens then It'll be in December 2020. So, 1.5 - 2.0 years from today would be a good estimate as to a targeted date for Elio production.

They state the it will be76 weeks after the completion of their funding. The coin is only for twenty five million, so it should not trigger start of production.

I haven’t seen the 25 million amount.... do you know where I could read about it?
