I just read this article from Master Herald. Can it be correct? It states the Elio will start shipping pre-orders 3 days after the engine is 1st fired on Feb 6th. I was under the impression that production was pushed out again to sometime next year.

Hi Michael,

Over the months, we've seen articles from "Master Herald" and "Air Herald". You can pretty much ignore / not read those articles, they have mistakes in them all the time. This is a big one.

(1) Jeff was correct, ignore the Herald articles
(2) I read the link and it does not say anything about shipping 3 days after the official 1st engine start.

Thanks for the replies and the great forum. I just read the article again. It has now been edited to remove the incorrect information. Can't wait for the production vehicle to be released.
