Hi and Congratulations from Oregon/#6011, Lundy. I like your avatar. It is as colorful as mine. LOL There are actually quite a few more on the Reservation Map and Survey but that haven't signed on to post or share ideas. A young man, Paolo, posted for a while but hasn't posted recently. He wrote some interesting stuff. I hope you enjoy this forum. It is a great place to learn a lot about the Elio as well as other automotive and non-automotive topics. One of my favorites is the Hobby thread. We have some very interesting hobbies represented beyond guns, motorcycles and other vehicles. There is also a gentleman on here who lives in or around Coeur d'Alene, ID. I hope I am remembering correctly that that is pretty close to you. I think my sister used to catch the train in Spokane when she went to visit family on the Kitsap Peninsula. Take your time and you will learn a lot. :) Z

Thanks, Zelio ! I kind of figured there are more out here in Wa., but I saw this thread and could not resist. :D Things will be getting exciting now, and I think this next year will go by fast! You could say that my avatar is an indication that I can’t decide on what color I want for the Elio. Thinking about red…… I notice on your choice of options for your Elio you mention ‘pop open rear windows’. Is that one of the options EM is thinking of offering? I had not thought of that, but I like the idea. One thing on my wish list, if offered, would be a bar break light along the top of the back window. / And yes, you are correct. Cd’A, Id. is very close to Spokane.

Um, to my knowledge, there is no back window. LOL And yes the pop open rear windows are going to be an option from what I understand. I chose Creamsicle because I live in a green part of Oregon and felt the Sour Apple Green would blend in with the environment too much. Driving a small car among the giants means being noticeable is better in my totally biased and not the least bit humble opinion. LOL I agree, things have been getting progressively more exciting over the past couple of months. Being in this group and sharing the knowledge is part of the gift I have found in wanting an Elio. I am loving every minute of it. :p  :-) Z

 I know, I know. I corrected it ......Thanks Z! I definitely will look into pop out side windows. I think I’d rather have that then a sunroof.

Lundy, welcome to the forum and congratulations on your production number. Zelio is right, we have a lot of time to read the forum threads to learn all about the Elio and its development. Most of us are very friendly and helpful so if you have a question, just ask. We want the Elio experience to be entertaining and exciting for everyone.
Thanks-- Much appreciated.

And how many people in your life when you mention Elio even know what your talking about. But I can see the Seattle carpool lanes filling up with these things. One person in an Cadillac Escalade can't use the carpool lane but one person in one of these can. So which vehicle is the status symbol?
