RonnieB, I went up to the $1000 level on the 31st of July. I'm going to order a licorice one; wonder if color choice can affect the line? Do you think they will get that many off the line per day?

I think they will be pulling painted bodies for the assembly line so color should not be a problem. That's how they did it in the BMW plant in South Carolina anyway....I decided to get a green one with a manual trans. I like the auto when in stop and go traffic but 1000 is a lot for me on a 7000 car. Well all I hope for now is the start of production. They should get 500 a day when they start out with one shift ....1000 per day with 2 shifts but just saying its a one shift operation our cars should be built should be built week 8 or 9.
