Emails From Elio Motors.

I have checked the spam filter. Elio motors is not tagged
You might also want to check with your email & internet providers.
We've had it happen before that they will blacklist / block mail from some; if they use keyword blocking it could be that the keyword they used has a part of an Elio address. Explain what's going on first and be detailed with them, plus include that you have already checked your system first, they will ask.
Then ask them if they've blocked the following: eliomotors.com, wordpress.com, eliomotors.zendesk.com, or anything else with elio in it.
Then ask them if they could make sure to whitelist those addresses for you.
Depending on your provider, they should be willing to work with you.

I've also had the experience (not lately though) of actually having the ISP take it upon themselves to screen my emails without even letting me know they were doing it. I actually found out by accident after a long period of them doing this. I raised holy H*ll and since then, they've let ME decide what I'm going to filter and what I'm not.

I sent an email to tellmemore@eliomotors.com and to support@eliomotors.zendesk.com about not getting any emails from them and I just received a reply from support@eliomotors.zendesk.com saying that they received my email and assigned me a ticket.

SO my Email provider is clearly not blocking Elio Motors.

Will wait and see what happens and I will keep everyone updated on this matter.

Wondering how many other Members are not receiving any emails with updated information either.

That's just from that one address; I would still contact your provider and tell them what's going on.
It might be because the emails with weekly info come from "noreply@" and the provider see's the noreply and figures it's spam.

After being IT for so long, and especially since the last job I had I was dealing with a workforce of 97% female that Lived on email for communications for their jobs (Title & Escrow) I had to figure out a lot of oddball problems; but the order was check the machine, check the end sending mail, then check internet / mail provider; 30% of the time it would end up being them.

The emails from "The Elio Team" come from noreply@eliomotors.com
The emails from "Elio Motors" come from donotreply@wordpress.com
And the emails from "Elio Motors Customer Service" come from support@eliomotors.zendesk.com
This one is different; anything from Start Engines comes from

StartEngine <contact=startengine.com@mail11.wdc01.mcdlv.net>; on behalf of; StartEngine <contact@startengine.com>
Which tells me they have their own email server that runs a connector to the ISP's email server

You don't usually get email from them, just once in a while so I wouldn't worry about theirs.
