Interesting ...

I figured they wouldn't start processing the transactions until the 7-day window is over, since you can still cancel your share purchase until then. Maybe they saw there were nearly zero cancellations and already reached the $12 million minimum!
I'm not sure where they are at but I copied this text from yesterdays Start Engine Email to me:

Your investment may take up to 10 days to transfer from your account to the designated escrow account. If the transfer clears, you will receive an email confirmation that your investment has been received. If your transfer does not clear, you will be contacted by a StartEngine team member with more information and instructions for next steps. You can view your investment in your Investor Profile at any time.

Can I cancel my investment?

You can cancel your investment under the "My Investments" section of your profile at any time during the 7 business day investment window. After that period has closed, you will no longer have the ability to cancel your investment.

When will I become an investor in this offering?

If you have made an investment, those funds are in an escrow account while all funds are being cleared. Once all investments are finalized, those funds will be transferred from the escrow account to the issuer’s account. At that time you will be an investor in the issuing company and will receive an email confirmation showing the number of shares you have purchased.

For more information, please visit our
FAQ page. For questions or concerns, please contact StartEngine customer support via email at contact@startengine.com or live chat on our website by clicking on the green chat widget in the lower right corner.

Best,
The StartEngine Team

I did not receive the email confirmation yet that my investment has been received, but even if I did, I suspect the money would be in escrow. Only when we receive the email that confirms the number of shares we have purchased.

You do understand that those numbers no longer have any meaning, right? People can no longer sign up to indicate an amount, though they can still add their names to the mailing list. At this point, the only numbers that really matter are the actual stock purchases, and that information is not being currently published.

Speaking of changes, this just showed up on the eliomotors.com main page:

Does this imply that there won't be any shares available after that?

It implies it, but doesn't actually say it. Standard advertising gimmick. Buy now! Beat the rush! One of the grocery store I shop as has a WEEkLY SALE PRICE! on their milk, with a small note at the bottom that the sale is good for several more months. In sales, it's almost always better to close the sale now, rather than later.

The 5 is how many days of the 7 day window for those who "expressed interest"; after that 7 day window it becomes open to the general public (those that didn't get in on the "expressed interest". They will sell stock until the $25 million is reached.
With so much more in expressed interest I doubt it will go for months.

I doubt it will go at all.
