I am interested in what a staging center may look like. What kind of a facility would be required? How large of a secure parking lot? How many bays for alterations? Just ideas of what may be expected.

Frim, do a search on "marshalling center", there are some threads where this was discussed extensively. 
Short answer: it would need to handle the number of vehicles that might need options installed on a given night, for the number of retail stores that the center would serve. Docks to handle the delivery of the 14 base vehicle types from Shreveport. Space to handle the bays and inventory of the items that make up the options that can be installed there. More docks to handle the sending out of the vehicles ready for delivery.
