New From Dallas

I have been watching the Elio saga from the beginning. I drive a minimum of 52 miles per day and generally a few more running errands around the Dallas area. My 2008 SmartCar has done a great job of this. However, it's biggest problem is "MERCEDES". Enough said, SC owners KNOW what I am talking about. I have always said that what the American public needs is a new "Model A" with two color choices, Black or Black. A car whose parts are easy and cheap to obtain and easy to repair. Elio looks like the new "Model A". I'm there!

Welcome Kidbyte from the east coast. My wife drives a MB E320 so I totally understand the "problems...Mercedes". The money for regular maint. and repairs over the years on that car I could buy 2 Elios with many options added.
