Lets Go Public??

a while back i said Elio should just go public, since he is having problems getting money, and i was flamed. I would rather go public and get this built then elio keep total control and have it never built or go bankrupt. I dont understand why he cant be the ceo of a public company and give up a little control.

No way once it goes public ELIO loose all control. It becomes a quick money scam. Keep it Private. Lower cost less regulation.
The kind of money ELIO needs is not that much pocket change for many.

The regulatory costs of going public would drown the company in red tape and stifle any progress.

The financial costs would waste money better used for development and initial production.
