Sillier? Why I outta....!!!

"Elio" is a masculine Italian and Spanish name. It is also used by Elio Motors, who have a three-wheeled car.

We don't know which looks sillier – the car-trike or the robot. The technology is probably great but the graphic is childish.

Actually it is NetApp (Network Appliance) that is using the Elio name for their robot. IBM is providing the application to power the Elio robot. While I agree that suing for trademark infringement would be nice, a better settlement would be for NetApp to buy $100 million worth of Elio IPO shares. In return, Elio could grant NetApp the "right to use" the Elio name for their robot. Sounds like a fair trade to me
