Really looking forward to see how this all works out I have had my 100 bucks in for awhile and thinking on going all in just a matter of getting approval from the wife (>: this Elio is the only reason I might give up my motorcycle.

Welcome to the forum and the future of transportation. Here you will find the latest information on the development of our Elio's. Be careful because the Elio is addicting and before you know it you will be all in for $1K. Enjoy the journey with us.

Hello and welcome from Oregon, Jayburdd. It is amazing how many men on here are exploring Elio so they can give up their motorcycle. I'm not one of them. Well, I'm not a man but I also have never ridden a mc and have no interest in them. However, when it comes to Elio? That is a whole different story. I hope you enjoy exploring everything Elio here and EM website. I'm all in at $100 and looking forward to increasing to $500 in Portland when I go see it. I can't wait. See you next year in our Elios and hopefully during the year I will read you here. :-) Z

Howdy Jayburdd, from Arizona don't give up the bike, looks like it might be somewhat of a weight on this Eilo critter.

A hearty welcome from Washington state. Don't even think about giving up the bike, unless you got some physical problems. You'll be waiting a little over a year to get one, even when you do upgrade to full bore. I've got two bikes, seldom even drive any more, but I am excited about the Elio, just like the rest of the crazies running around here.
