Elio Responded Post Haste On $100 To $1000 All In Resulted In $1100?

Greetings, I upgraded from $100 All In back in Feb 2014 to $1000 All In 31 Aug and my Credit Card statements show $1100 total, however in less than 10 minutes of sending the complaint today when I realized the problem, Elio Sales sent me a confirmation I would receive a $100 refund in less than two weeks. Now in my book that is kickarz as a similar problem with Seatow has not been resolved in 2 months.

Welcome to the forum elyoh from a fellow Floridian. Good to hear Elio took care of your problem. Not happy to hear about Seatow problem. I have been paying them for the last three years, and have never had the need to call them. Let me know if they don't resolve it, and I'll renew with Towboat. They're kind of like insurance. You hope you never need them, but it's nice to have them when you do. Anyway, welcome.

Thanks eddie66 and zelio. I've been reading posts on the sidelines but didn't feel the need to post until now that I'm all in at the max amount.

The only time I needed Seatow was when the boat was at the dock with a dead battery and of course they don't answer that call. I was double charged back in July and still have not received my $$ from them or the dispute from the bank

Zelio there was no mention of my number or a 2nd Tshirt, but I'd be happy with either....

There is only one t-shirt per Elio reserved at any level of all in. I upgraded twice but only got the original t-shirt last March. We still haven't received our numbers today. I have been waiting since July 24. LOL I'm going to wear out my email and spam boxes today check them constantly. :-) Z

BTW you can order special t-shirts, ball caps, hoodies, etc. from eliowear.com. We also have some very nice t-shirts for elioowners.com. The ones they currently have are navy with green and white. You can see them under the t-shirt thread up in the Site News forum. Okuma Steve says he is checking to see if he can get some also in black with the design. I just got my shirt today and I love it. :-)

Z is correct. Only one tee shirt per elio. Good info on Seatow. If you pay with Visa, there should be no problem with double billing. One call and they put the money back in your account. I'll be selling my boat to clear up garage space for my Elio, so I shouldn't have a problem with Seatow. I live on the Gulf side of the State, and since I'm not big into fishing or seafood, I'd rather be tooling around the roads than the rivers and Gulf. I live on the nature coast, so it's more rivers than beaches.

Oh, Gee, I'm blowing smoke hu !?! Do you know what day you placed your order and what date the money was removed from bank. Was it one withdraw or two?

What, They owe you $200.00 ! You had $100.00 down already, they should have only taken $900.
