I'm not sure where raising "up to $25 million" gets Elio. I figured they'd be wanting much more. Unless the $25M is just for the pre-sale at which point it makes much more sense. I hope they take the $25M and move into the factory and get things moving at least towards production there.

Agreed! Opening Shreveport would be a big step in the right direction. It could change the "optics" .
