Is it a car that flies or a plane that one drives on the road. It seems to be a blend of both.

Look at the upper forward canards; in the top photo they're plain, in the 2nd photo it looks like it has a solar panel on it.
Very exotic looking, and I'm thinking that it's a non-functional prototype (doesn't fly) because of the blacked out canopy.
And the one other big this I see is probably $100K+
I will give it one thing, it is different
