Please write, and in your letter point out why Rick Perry, new Secretary of Energy, will LOVE the Elio:
1. Texans hold more reservations than any state besides California. Distances are great, so gas costs proportionately more.
2. The Elio burns gas -- good for the oil energy
3. The Elio also burns clean -- at no extra cost!
4. His Dept, DOE, has money to loan to get Elio's plant built -- and has sat on the application for two years.
5. The Elio means jobs in Texas, too.
