That still has some emissions. Even if it was pedal power, there is still emissions by the human (or I guess you could use a hampster) CO2. There is nothing in existence that has no emissions.

Yes, but no tailpipe emissions..........on a ZEV.

Yes, that's what I had in mind as a three wheeler commuter alternative to the Elio. Currently they are both Concept Vehicles.
