Hello Elio’ers! This week’s tour blog talks about our last stop in Las Vegas for Barrett-Jackson, The World's Greatest Collector Car Auctions, and looks ahead to our anticipated stops in the month of October.
Barrett-Jackson is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and has been running since 1971. Our latest stop in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Events Center marks our fourth appearance at Barrett-Jackson this year. The previous ones were in Scottsdale, AZ, West Palm Beach, FL, and Reno, NV. We’ve found Barrett-Jackson to be a great place to showcase the Elio as car enthusiasts flock to the event to see unique cars. Oct 3 – Oct 5, Miramar Airshow. San Diego, CA
We’re very excited to attend the Miramar Airshow this weekend. Not only is it the setting for the classic movie “Top Gun,” but it is the west coast’s home to Marine air power and its Airshow expects 700,000 in attendance. Watch an overview video of the event here.
Oct 8 – Oct 12, Balloon Fiesta. Albuquerque, NM
This will be our second time at the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta and there is a reason for it. It was one of the tour team's favorite stops last year because of the large crowds and beautiful scenery. The event is anticipating 900,000 in attendance!
