Myers Motors bought out the bankrupt Corbin Motors Sparrow rights. Electra Meccanica bought out the bankrupt Myer Motor's Sparrow rights and a handful of actual Sparrows they used for their Solo test ride and drive vehicles. The all new Solo is a major restyle and engineering of the old proven Sparrow platform with one less wheel than Myers NMG.

I like this styling, engineering, safety rating, and $15K price point even more.
