hov

I am wondering if the Elio will be ok in HOV lanes. Motorcycles are ok, but unsure about Colorado's new Autocycle designation. HOV lanes are starting to move to 3+, so at 2 passengers max, Elio would be out if treated as an Automobile. I'm all for free access to HOV lanes for the autocycle...
