I bank with US Bank and buy mine through their broker division. Fee is about $8.95 per trade which I find reasonable. Anyway, check with your bank and see if they have a broker division.

What fleets were they going to? I don't recall ever seeing any info on that. Were specific companies mentioned?

Last time I checked, the CD player option didn't seem to be available yet. Plus the options they did have for the stereo were ones that I had no interest in because of cost. Swapping out of standard AM/FM stereo for a combo AM/FM CD player stereo shouldn't be that hard or expensive.

I sure hope that we see some stats from Elio regarding performance, mileage, etc. for the auto vs the manual based on measurements done with the E series. And still holding out hope for yellow as a color option.

If I remember correctly, when I bought a brand new 1968 VW Beetle, carpet was not standard. it had some kind of vinyl liner. I got carpeting then for the same reason I probably will on my Elio, sound-dampening. I wonder if Weather-Tech will be making custom floor mats to fit Elio's?
