While it is not an electric vehicle (as far as I know), I think it does have three wheels in a reverse trike configuration. It does not seem to have been made even though a clay model was made. California Commuter 2.

hopefully, someday one or more of the reverse trike projects that pop up and create discussion will get into large scale production

it would be nice to see one or more of the reverse trike vehicles that make a splash and then disappear to actually get into large scale production
