Don't think their are any actions yet. He hasn't got to run long enough at any speed. LOL.
He is just going to attempt to run on the freeway if he can get it over 25 mph. I hope he makes a video of the attempt.
Also he might consider putting the video recorder in a "black box" just in case.
Fair enough. Planned actions and beliefs then. I have a 250 Virago that will maintain 68-75mph reasonably well hauling my weight. It has enough low end torque to get a decent 0-60 time. It averages 80mpg. I take it on our local `14 mile stretch of interstate that goes from my town to the next. But there's no way in H that I'd spend any serious time on freeways and Interstates with that bike.

On most busy freeways around metro areas, it takes all lanes @ normal speeds to avoid creating bottlenecks. I drove big rigs cross country. Fully loaded trucks going up grades are bad enough without a lot of 50mph vehicles (grades or not) out there clogging 75mph freeways up. Freeway planners made efforts to eliminate as many grades on freeways in most metro areas as they could. You're making excuses for your actions. Pretty weak ones at that.

Excuses not even needed when one is following the law. They are need however to justify VIOLATING the law, such as speeding: "everyone else is doing it" is a lame excuse.

I think you may find yourself surprised and fined. There are plenty of LEOs in states that have the non-specific "impeding" law that will pull you over @ 50mph on a busy and/or packed freeway no matter what lane you're in. When you use your rationalization on them, they'll tell you to get off of, and stay off of, the freeway at best. At worst, they'll ticket you and tell you to take the next exit. Keep in mind that they do have the right to have you towed on the spot. Go ahead. Good luck with that. Thanks for planning on being an additional hazard out there. You seem to object to people being hazards due to their speeding, but you seem to have no qualms of being a hazard yourself. Love your twisted interpretation of the law. So will the police.

"Non-specific" will NOT hold up in a court of law! - hello?!

There comes a point in a conversation/thread when you realize/understand that there are people in the conversation who are not listening. Being more reasonable doesn't change the attitudes of those who do not base their arguments on reason. Same with logic, facts, etc. What starts out as trying to help someone avoid difficulties turns into a spat.
I've unfortunately participated in too many of those spats, but I'm trying to get better.

Get as Snarky as you want. You're the person that the "Hello?" should be directed at. When a law is non-specific as the wide open "impeding" law is, it's entirely up to the LEOs interpretation and discretion. And I've already told you what usually happens. And that, my friend, holds up in court. Don't believe me. I could care less. By all means, go out and learn the hard way. Just do me, my friends, and my family a favor and stay off of our little stretch of interstate at rush hour while you do it.

"Impeding movement of traffic prohibited. --Except when reduced speed is necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law, no person shall drive a motor vehicle at such a slow speed as to impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic." -- https://codes.findlaw.com/pa/title-75-pacsa-vehicles/pa-csa-sect-75-3364.html -- Completely up to the attending officer's interpretation and discretion. Happens all the time. That also goes for going 50 on a 65mph two lane and backing up traffic behind you. Human nature as it is, those motorists will put themselves and others at risk by attempting to get around you in inappropriate places. That's reality. I don't know of a single one of these cases where the state lost.
