Your statement about the ATVM is no longer correct; Paul has stated they can go to production without the ATVM loan; however the ATVM loan does make it easier. That loan also goes to vendors and not to EM.
To build the 100 can be done in less than a week; they area going to be built at the factory.
The factory is expected to build 500 a day with a single shift, 1,000 a day with two shifts when at full speed. So 100 in a week should be very possible.

I agree that Paul has said that. I just don't think he has a viable path to the funds without the loan. The pace of his progress is slow enough to continue to court private investors while popping our E Series vehicles at a snails pace. That might be his strategy, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I'd rather have in my garage the vehicle we see today than the vehicle we saw in 2014.

Good point. It seems like the Elio keeps getting better and better. Hopefully, they'll have the final iteration done soon and will start pumping out those 100 from Shreveport. Though, that line won't be running anything like how it will when they start "real" production. I imagine they'll set it all up and then run a few through back to back at the same time so they can tweak each station through a few builds before getting too far ahead.
