Did anyone notice if the exhaust is actually exiting from the right side in front of the rear wheel or is it still coming out of the left side behind the rear wheel?

Did anyone notice if the exhaust is actually exiting from the right side in front of the rear wheel or is it still coming out of the left side behind the rear wheel?

William --- Don't know if the right side exhaust system is operational or not but there's still a muffler installed left of the rear wheel. I suspect that is still the system in use.

I thought they were Typhoons south of the equator and hurricanes north of the equator...

It doesn't sound like it has a muffler at all.

It looks to me like the exhaust is on the right side. It's difficult to see but the "bump" is there.
That is somewhat true if using typhoon in the meteorological sense. Each area has it's own terminology. But many people use a looser definition of weather terms. I'll look up the various names and get back and post them.

the exhaust exit is on the off door side .... first picture shows the fuel port location on the off door side, with the channel built to cover the exhaust pipe below it .... second picture shows the exhaust port

If the chrome side pipe option means no bulge, count me in! The more I see the P5 bulge, the more it bothers me. At first I had no problem with it, but then I saw the bulge visible from the rear view. Ever since then it has bugged me.
