Elio Motors P5 Scam: The Controversy Grows
By AM Staff | December 16, 2015
While Elio Motors dream is very ambitious, the growing number of loopholes in its planning have many people wondering whether this may be a scam if not just wishful thinking.
As the months go by, Google search phrases like “elio motors scam” is growing rapidly as more investors consider investing in this business. While we aren’t a business blog, we know cars and with that said lets look at Elio Motors’ idea from an automotive stand point.
Why are the odds against Elio Motors actually coming out with their 3-wheel car? For starters, they don’t have an engine. This is still vaporware much like the factory that will be building the model.
Secondly its fuel economy statements are very vague. Given that it will be classified as a motorbike, it can skip many of the emission standards. So while it may consume less fuel it may be doing some serious environmental damage that will have lawmakers possibly have the vehicle head back to the drawing board.
What are you thoughts on the Elio Motors P5? Will it come to fruition?
